We have three more additions for New Line Cinema’s Mortal Kombat reboot movie.
TheHollywoodReporter has revealed three new actors for the R-rated action flick.
They report that actor Lewis Tan (Wu Assassins, Deadpool 2) is in talks to take an undisclosed leading role in the film, which is likely the new character of Cole Turner (we’ll see if they end up using that name in the film).
Also, The Meg’s Jessica McNamee lands the role of Sonya Blade and Kano will be played by Aussie actor Josh Lawson.
The Meg actress Jessica McNamee is in final negotiations to play Sonya Blade, while Aussie actor Josh Lawson has closed a deal to play Kano. Also in final negotiations to play an undisclosed lead character is Wu Assassins and Deadpool 2 actor Lewis Tan.
HN Entertainment recently confirmed that Sonya Blade was being cast for the film and now they have an actress attached to the part.
The rest of the cast includes Ludi Lin as Liu Kang, Joe Taslim as Sub-Zero, Tadanobu Asano as Raiden, Mehcad Brooks as Jax, and Sisi Stringer as Mileena.
