Paramount Pictures has released a new extended look/trailer for Terminator: Dark Fate, which focuses on Natalia Reyes’ Dani Ramos.
Ramos is the new Sarah Connor/John Connor as she is revealed to be the new savior of the future as this seems to cement that the Connors have altered the future to the point that John Connor’s mantle as humanity’s great military leader against Skynet has moved to another person as Judgement Day has only been delayed.
The film is acting as a direct sequel to James Cameron’s 1991 Terminator 2: Judgement Day that will ignore any of the films that came afterward.
As previous trailers have suggested we’ll see the day after Judgement Day in the film.
If Dark Fate is successful, James Cameron and Tim Miller might have existing plans for two more movies to complete a trilogy.
Paramount has set the release date for Terminator: Dark Fate on November 1st.
Linda Hamilton (“Sarah Connor”) and Arnold Schwarzenegger (“T-800”) return in their iconic roles in Terminator: Dark Fate, directed by Tim Miller (Deadpool) and produced by visionary filmmaker James Cameron and David Ellison. Following the events of Terminator 2: Judgment Day, Terminator: Dark Fate also stars Mackenzie Davis, Natalia Reyes, Gabriel Luna, and Diego Boneta.
