TheHollywoodReporter recently revealed that a live-action Ms. Marvel Disney+ was in the works from writer and showrunner Bisha K. Ali.
Now, Disney has confirmed at D23 Expo that the series is indeed happening and will be from Marvel Studios, meaning that Kamala Khan is coming to the Marvel Cinematic Universe as the shows are canon according to Kevin Feige.

This could suggest that Phase 5 will include shows such as Ms. Marvel, Moon Knight, and She-Hulk.
