Hoult is best known as playing Dr. Hank McCoy aka Beast in the prequel X-Men films such as X-Men: First Class, X-Men: Days of Future Past, X-Men: Apocalypse, and Dark Phoenix.

He also had a supporting lead role opposite Tom Hardy and Charlize Theron in George Miller’s Mad Max: Fury Road.

Interesting enough, he co-starred with Henry Cavill in The Sand Castle, Cavill playing Mission: Impossible – Fallout’s villain August Walker (rumored to be returning in some capacity).

Nicholas has a lead role in Taylor Sheridan’s upcoming action thriller starring Angelina Joile titled Those Who Wish Me Dead.

It seems like the new additions to the Mission: Impossible franchise are all from various Marvel Comics films/television shows with Hayley Atwell (Agent Carter, Captain America: The First Avenger), Pom Klementieff (Guardians of The Galaxy Vol.2, Avengers: Infinity War), and Shea Whigham (Agent Carter).

The new cast would be joining returners such as Tom Cruise and Rebecca Ferguson (Dune).

As HN Entertainment has previously confirmed filming on the two sequels will be taking place at Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in Watford, England.
