The first trailer for the upcoming Netflix’s Space Force was released and it does look good!
The series is close to its release, later this month, on May 29th. The plot revolves around a four-star general (Steve Carell) begrudgingly teams up with an eccentric scientist to get the U.S. military’s newest agency — Space Force — ready for lift-off.
Take a look at the trailer:
As expected Carell keeps his comic timing and facial expressions along with keeping your attention even when he’s not babbling something equally hilarious. Pairing with John Malkovich, Lisa Kudrow, and Noah Emmerich not to mention everyone.
Netflix’s synopsis for Space Force is as follows:
SPACE FORCE – A decorated pilot with dreams of running the Air Force, four-star general Mark R. Naird (Steve Carell) is thrown for a loop when he finds himself tapped to lead the newly formed sixth branch of the US Armed Forces: Space Force. Skeptical but dedicated, Mark uproots his family and moves to a remote base in Colorado where he and a colorful team of scientists and “Spacemen” are tasked by the White House with getting American boots on the moon (again) in a hurry and achieving total space dominance.
The new show is from Carell’s team of the mega-hit The Office, Greg Daniels, and Howard Klein.
