Just in time for the release of Terminator: Dark Fate later this year, a new video game has been announced, based on James Cameron’s popular sci-fi franchise.
The game, titled Terminator: Resistance, is a single-player first person shooter, which will explore the war against the machines 31 years after Judgement Day. What’s interesting though, is it seemingly will only coincide with the canon of the first two films in the series.
Players will take on Private Jacob Rivers, a new recruit part of the Resistance Pacific Division, as the story is set in the ruins of Los Angeles. The game will feature a mix of story and side quests, that allow you to upgrade your character to fit a distinct play style.
Resistance was developed by Teyon and is being published by Reef Entertainment, and will be released in Europe and Australia November 15, and in North America on December 3. It will be available on Xbox One, Playstation 4, and PC. You can check out the announcement trailer below.
