Taika Waititi has posted on his Twitter account refuting (in his usual cheeky way) claims made by Deadline that he has completed the script for Thor: Love and Thunder, which is expected to begin principal photography next August at Fox Studios Australia in Sydney.
Oh that's cool!! I never cease to surprise me!

This wouldn’t be terribly hard to believe given how busy he’s been over the last couple of months with Jojo Rabbit about to be released and is set to begin filming a sports biopic this fall for Fox Searchlight.
It’s been said that his next feature film based on the documentary Next Goal Wins will shoot October-December in Hawaii.
While some details about Thor: Love and Thunder have tipped-toed out via San Diego Comic-Con’s presentation, most of the details concerning the film’s plot is relatively unknown.
The confirmed cast for the sequel so far includes Natalie Portman, Chris Hemsworth, and Tessa Thompson.
Disney has set the film’s release date for November 5th, 2021 and seemingly will be the final movie in Phase 4.
There is a good chance that Love and Thunder could help set up things for Phase 5.
