HN Entertainment recently revealed that Australian director Daina Reid (The Handmaid’s Tale) would be working on Marvel Television’s upcoming Hulu streaming series Helstrom.

We’ve also learned from our source of another director that will be working on Helstrom, which will be Finnish director Anders Engström.

Anders has previously worked on shows such as Tom Hardy’s Taboo, Amazon’s Hanna, and Jason Momoa’s upcoming Apple TV+ series See.

UPDATE: Looks like we’re not the ones to connect Anders to the project.

Daimon and Ana Helstrom are the son and daughter of a mysterious and powerful serial killer in “Marvel’s Helstrom.” The siblings have a complicated dynamic as they track down the worst of humanity—each with their attitude and skills. “Marvel’s Helstrom” is executive produced by Paul Zbyszewski, who will serve as showrunner and Marvel Television’s Jeph Loeb.

Casting for the lead roles of Daimon and Ana are expected to be announced very soon.

Filming is said to be taking place in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.

The other live-action Marvel series Ghost Rider reportedly won’t be moving forward at Hulu.
