As December 20th crawls closer, we have official confirmation from director J.J. Abrams regarding the run-time for Star Wars: The Rise of Skywalker. According to the Abrams during an interview with SiriusXM 109, the final installment of the Skywalker Saga will be about two hours and 21 minutes. While this is still enough time for a quality story and conclusion, it’s also the exact same run-time as Star Wars: A New Hope which was released in 1977.
