Scholastic Entertainment is teaming with Neal H. Moritz’s Original Films, Sony Pictures TV, and R.L. Stine for a new live-action Goosebumps television series as reported exclusively by Deadline. The best-selling books previous spawned two films starring Jack Black along with a television series that aired between 1995-1998 which included author R.L. Stine as a host.

The series focused on an anthology of supernatural stories about children discovering themselves, just as the recent feature films. Goosebumps will be produced by the following team: Iole Lucchese, Caitlin Friedman, Moritz,, and Pavun Shetty.
