Just last week, Daredevil Elodie Yung teaser her involvement in the Disney+ film Secret Society of Second Born Royals. Now thanks to the Disney Company we have additional details on the film’s story and cast.
Andi Mack star Peyton Elizabeth Lee has landed the lead role. Also landing roles in the fantasy epic include Faly Rakotohavana as Prince Matteo, Isabella Blake Thomas as Princess January, Olivia Deeble as Princess Roxana, Niles Fitch (This is Us) as Prince Tuma, Skylar Astin (Pitch Perfect) as James, Elodie Yung (Daredevil) as Queen Catherine, Ashley Liao as Princess Eleanor, and Noah Lomax as Mike.
Secret Society of Second Born Royals introduces Sam (Lee), a rebellious princess second in line to the throne of the kingdom of Illyria. Just as Sam’s disinterest in the royal way of life is at an all-time high, she is stunned to learn that she has superpowers and belongs to a secret society with a longstanding tradition of covertly keeping the peace throughout the kingdom. The movie follows Sam’s adventures at a top-secret training program for a new class of second born royals tasked with saving the world.
Agnes Chu, Senior Vice president of Content for Disney+ released a statement:

Producers Austin Winsberg of Gossip Girl and Gulfstream Picture’s Mike Karz (The Nut Job), will have the movie directed by The Bold Type’s Anna Mastro, and written by Alex Litvak (Predators) and Andrew Green (Hannah Montana).
The movie which is expected to shoot this month in Toronto, Ontario, Canada, will likely debut on Disney+ in 2020.
