Disney has revealed the first teaser poster for Disney+ series The Falcon and The Winter Soldier from visual department head/concept artist Ryan Meinerding.
It will be a series that is directly connected to the Marvel Cinematic Universe and will eventually have an impact upon it as well, along with the other shows from Marvel Studios.
The image was posted on the official Disney+ Instagram account and we can see Sam Wilson in his new Captain America uniform. Also, Bucky is rocking his WWII short hairstyle.
Sam Wilson (Anthony Mackie) has taken the mantle of Captain America and is now going to be partnering with Bucky Barnes aka Winter Soldier (Sebastian Stan).
Also in the series, we’ll see the return of Zemo (Daniel Bruhl) and Sharon Carter (Emily VanCamp), fingers crossed that the Thunderbolts will be formed.
Wyatt Russell is set to play John Walker aka U.S. Agent and was announced on Friday at D23 Expo.
Filming on the series begins this October in Atlanta, Georgia.
The Falcon and The Winter Soldier will begin airing on Disney+ next fall.
