A few weeks back it was reported that Marvel Studios had solidified their 2020 release schedule. Which included a release date for Black Widow of May 1, 2020. Along with The Eternals slated for a November 6, 2020 release.

Now According to our friends over at That Hashtag Show, The Eternals will reportedly begin production in September of 2019 with hopes to be on track for its November 6, 2020 release date.

Directed by Chloe Zhao from a screenplay by Matthew and Ryan Firpo. The Eteranals is set millions of years ago when the cosmic beings known as the Celestials genetically experimented on humans, creating the super-powered individuals as well as more villainous off-shoots known as Deviants. The two groups went on to battle each other throughout history to see which would eventually become the ultimate race. The story involves the love story between Ikaris, a man fueled by cosmic energy, and Sersi, who relishes moving amongst humans.”

Not much is else is known on the project, and we will likely have to wait until after the release of Avengers 4 next year before more is revealed. Until then Marvel Studios is set to release Captain Marvel starring Brie Larson on March 8, 2019. Followed by the highly anticipated Avengers 4 on May 3, 2019.
