MINOR SPOILERS AHEAD FOR CHAPTER 4 OF THE MANDALORIAN
We’re always looking out for familiar faces in The Mandalorian, but this new cameo escaped us at first glance.
American actress Ida Darvish plays a polite and informative waitress credited as Common House Proprietor in Chapter 4, which was directed by Bryce Dallas Howard.
Darvish just happens to have had a role in her father Ron Howard’s (directed Solo: A Star Wars Story) film Inferno starring Tom Hanks and Rogue One actress Felicity Jones.
A sight connection to both Rogue One and Solo with a single cameo.
She also is the wife of actor Josh Gad (Beauty & The Beast, Frozen 1-2), who posted a tweet suggesting that he’s uber jealous that she is now part of the Star Wars Universe.
I have never been more jealous of my wife who has entered the live action #starwars universe before me. Congrats to her and to @BryceDHoward who knocked it out of the park with episode 4 of #Mandalorian pic.twitter.com/kd74jLSbJH

It’s unlikely we’ll see these characters again but I’m sure fans will remember them for years to come along with the Darvish-Gad family.
Comedians Eugene Cordero and Asif Ali also had small roles in the episode playing a pair of farmers asking Dyn Jarren to help protect their village from bandits.
Chapter 5 of the Mandalorian is set to be released on Friday, December 6th.
After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. The series depicts a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.
