Franchise Producer Barbara Broccoli Officially Debunks Long Rumored ‘Bond 25’ Title ‘Shatterhand’

It looks like Bond franchise producer Barbara Broccoli has officially debunked the year-long rumor that Bond 25 is going to be titled Shatterhand, as he signed a fan autograph with the title on it and clearly writes “It’s not” which clearly ends the speculation that will be used for the film. While sites and blogs have been pushing Shatterhand, a title that first appeared from the Bond fan community that some assumed to be a legit title, is now clearly not according to EON.

Check out the post below made on the official Bond Instagram account. The autograph was seemingly signed to India Grace as she was mentioned in the re-post by the official Bond account.

The cast so far includes Daniel Craig, recent Best Actor winner Rami Malek as the film’s main villain, Lea Seydoux, Ralph Fiennes, Ben Whishaw, and Naomie Harris. With rumblings that could end playing a CIA Agent in the film.

Cary Joji Fukunaga will direct with a script given a rewrite from Bourne Ultimatum screenwriter Scott. Z Burns. Filming will be primarily taking place at Pinewood Studios UK with possibly secondary locations said to include Italy and Norway.

Cary took over directing duties from Danny Boyle, who left the production over creative differences during the development of a script.

Plot details are slim but there is expected to be a female MI6 Agent role and it will indeed be Daniel Craig’s final outing as James Bond.

The release date for Bond 25 was delayed from February 14th, 2020 to April 8th, 2020.
