Bond flick No Time To Die had moved out of April to November 25th due to coronavirus concerns and there are a lot more upcoming releases that will be delayed as well.
A handful of March and April movies have now officially been delayed.
Here is a rundown of the other recent delays.
- Sony’s Peter Rabbit 2: The Runaway recently moved to August 7th.
- Universal’s Fast & Furious 9 aka F9 has moved an entire year to April 2nd, 2021.
- Paramount’s A Quiet Place II won’t be releasing on March 20th, but they haven’t announced a new date for the sequel.
- Disney is moving Mulan, X-Men spinoff The New Mutants, and the horror film Antlers to unknown dates later in the year.
While Disney’s Bob Iger reiterated the May 1st release date for Marvel Studios’ Black Widow on his recent annual shareholders’ meeting (also mentioned in the final trailer), there is now a clear chance that they’ll bump the film to later in the year as well.
We could be hearing more films getting delays depending on what things look like in the coming weeks.
