HN Entertainment has now learned that Paramount’s Mission: Impossible 7 will have a primary stage location in England.
We’re currently leaning towards the main stage facility being Warner Bros. Studios Leavesden in Watford, England. The reasoning behind this is that Mission: Impossible – Rogue Nation and Mission: Impossible – Fallout were both previously shot there.
Some of the recent productions shot at the facility include Spider-Man: Far From Home, The Witches, Wonder Woman 1984, Fast and Furious 9, Men In Black: International, and as we previously reported Tom Hardy’s upcoming Venom sequel.
Details on the film have yet to be revealed but the cast so far is confirmed to include Tom Cruise, Rebecca Ferguson, and the newest addition to the franchise Hayley Atwell (Agent Carter, Captain America: The First Avenger).
However, we do know that the seventh film will lead directly into Mission: Impossible 8, which is set to be released on August 5th, 2022.
Normally, the Mission: Impossible movies have multiple production locations so it’ll be interesting to see where else this next adventure takes us.
Christopher McQuarrie has returned to both write and direct the next two Mission: Impossible installments.
There might be a good chance they’ll be pivoting from the IMF’s estranged relationship with the CIA to their relationship with MI6.
Paramount has set Mission: Impossible 7’s release date for July 23rd, 2021.
