HN Entertainment has been able to confirm two things about Matthew Vaughn’s upcoming Kingsman prequel Kingsman: The Great Game, which is currently filming. The first being that production is as expected taking place at Longcross Studios in Surrey, England and second that the film’s working title is The Outfit, fitting since the Kingsman agency’s front is tailor shop and Matthew Vaughn has spawned a clothing business from the films.

A reminder to those unaware that working titles are used during a film’s production and don’t reflect a title a studio will use for the actual movie, they’re basically on-set codenames.

We also previously first reported on the film’s impressive production team that includes cinematographer Ben Davis (Layer Cake, Guardians of The Galaxy, Captain Marvel), production designer Darren Gilford (Star Wars: The Force Awakens, Tron: Legacy), supervising art director Doug Meerdink (Kong: Skull Island, Jurassic World), stunt coordinator Bradley James Allan (Wonder Woman, Rogue One: A Star Wars Story, Solo: A Star Wars Story), and costume designer Michele Clapton (Game of Thrones, The Crown).

Set after the events of WWI, the film acts a prequel to the origins of the formation of the first wave of Kingsman agents and explains why the organization came to be.

The Great Game’s cast includes Ralph Fiennes, Harris Dickinson, Gemma Arterton, Daniel Bruhl, Charles Dance, Stanley Tucci, Aaron Johnson, Djimon Hounsou, Matthew Goode, and Tom Hollander.

A third Kingsman installment to the Eggsy trilogy starring Taron Egerton is still expected to shoot once The Great Game is completed.

20th Century Fox recently delayed the release for Kingsman: The Great Game to February 14th, 2020.
