While North American consumers have had access to Disney’s streaming service since November, other markets are still waiting for Disney+ to launch in their countries.

An upcoming event in London could give us new details about future shows on the platform.

StarWarsNewsNet is claiming that next month will see a new Disney+ event held in London to promote the upcoming European launch of the streaming service next month.

  • A Disney+ launch event is said to be taking place on March 5th in London, England.
  • Executives and creative heads are expected to appear at the Disney hosted event.
  • Could include new information about upcoming Marvel Studios and Star Wars shows such as She-Hulk, Ms. Marvel, Moon Knight, and the second season of The Mandalorian.

Their Moon Knight series is set to shoot in England, so it might be fitting for Marvel/Disney to make some announcements about the show.

We could also speculate that casting announcements could be made for the Marvel Studios shows, but there doesn’t seem to be any indication of that actually happening.

Disney+ will launch in Europe starting on March 24th.
