HN Entertainment has been able to confirm that 10 Cloverfield Lane director Dan Trachtenberg will be directing the upcoming Dan Brown pilot Langdon which is based on his novel The Lost Symbol for NBC and CBS TV. 

Langdon follows the early adventures of famed Harvard symbologist Robert Langdon, who must solve a series of deadly puzzles to save his kidnapped mentor and thwart a chilling global conspiracy.

Production on the pilot will take place from March 9th to April 30th in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. 

Trachtenberg is no stranger to television has he did an episode of Black Mirror and The Boys.

Dan had once been attached to direct Sony’s Uncharted movie starring Tom Holland. 

Last month, it was reported by TheHollywoodReporter that Dan would be directing the assassin comedy MILK (Mother I’d Like To Kill) for Lionsgate.
