Comedian Bill Burr Also Has A Role In ‘The Mandalorian’ Seemingly Playing A Mercenary In The ‘Star Wars’ Series

It looks like we have spotted another character actor in that leaked footage of the Star Wars series The Mandalorian. This time it’s Breaking Bad actor and stand-up comedian Bill Burr, who is seemingly playing a mercenary with dual blasters. In the footage, he’s seemingly in a group of mercs that includes Batman Begins actor Mark Boone Junior, that we were able to identify as well previously.

Mark and Bill join a fantastic cast that includes Pedro Pascal, Carl Weathers, Gina Carano, Werner Herzog, Giancarlo Esposito, and Emily Swallow.

“After the stories of Jango and Boba Fett, another warrior emerges in the Star Wars universe. The Mandalorian is set after the fall of the Empire and before the emergence of the First Order. We follow the travails of a lone gunfighter in the outer reaches of the galaxy far from the authority of the New Republic.”

It’ll be interesting who else they’ve been able to sneak into the cast and I would assume more comedians/character actors are among the cast. Jon Favreau certainly is putting together an interesting cast so far and I can’t wait to see this whole thing, as I’m getting a lot of Rogue One vibes from it.

The Mandalorian is set to begin airing exclusively on Disney+ starting November 12th.
