TheWrap reports that Charlie’s Angels actors Noah Centineo is now in talks for the role of He-Man (more like the role of Adam) in Sony’s Masters of The Universe movie directed by the Nee Brothers.
Noah Centineo is in talks to play the lead role of He-Man in Sony Pictures and Mattel Films “Masters of the Universe,” an individual with knowledge of the project exclusively tells TheWrap.
The young actor made waves in the Netflix film To All All The Boys I Loved Before.
We recently talked to lead concept artist on the David S. Goyer incarnation, Carlos Huante, where he revealed the epic scale of his version comparing it to Lord of The Rings and suggesting they could make a trilogy out of the one script. Goyer and Huante eventually exited leading to the hiring of the Nee Brothers, who will direct this newest version of the reboot.
The current draft was being worked on by Iron Man screenwriters Art Marcum and Matt Holloway.
ProductionWeekly revealed that filming could begin from July 15th to October in Prague, Czech Republic.
Sony Pictures has set the release date for December 20th, 2020.
