During the Disney Legends ceremony at D23 Expo, it was revealed by Disney CEO Bob Iger that Mulan and Agents of SHIELD actress Ming-Na Wen has a role in their Disney+ series The Mandalorian.
The Star Wars series will take place years after the fall of the Empire in Return of The Jedi.
The news was repeated on Twitter by Fandom’s Eric Goldman.

Wen’s role wasn’t explained and if it would be on camera or a voice role.
HN Entertainment first reported that The Mandalorian was already given a second season before Star Wars Celebration Chicago.
The Mandalorian will begin airing on Disney+ on November 12th.
