We recently stated that casting for the daughters of Alex Winter and Keanu Reeves’ characters in Bill and Ted Face The Music would be coming soon, and that announcement has been made via TheHollywoodReporter.
Bridgette Lundy-Paine (The Glass Castle) will play Billie, the daughter of Theodore Logan (Reeves) and Samara Weaving (Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri) plays Thea Preston the daughter of Bill S. Preston Esq. (Winter).
Bill & Ted Face the Music has cast Brigette Lundy-Paine and Samara Weaving as the daughters to the film series’ time-traveling protagonists Bill and Ted.
Lundy-Paine, whose credits include Atypical and The Glass Castle, will play Billie Logan, the daughter of Ted “Theodore” Logan (Keanu Reeves). Weaving, who is known for Netflix’s The Babysitter and Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri, joins the sequel as Thea Preston, daughter of Bill S. Preston Esq (Alex Winter).
The daughters are leading roles in the third installment as they help their dads craft a song that will save humanity, after a long absence from their rockstar aspirations from their teens.
We previously revealed that filming would be taking place between June to August in New Orleans (confirmed location) and Los Angeles.
MGM/Orion Pictures previously revealed that Bill and Ted Face The Music will be released on August 21st, 2020.
