‘Avengers: Endgame’ Projected To Make A Massive $282M Opening Weekend – Would Set A New Record

New domestic opening projections for Marvel Studios’ Avengers: Endgame is now expected to see that movie surpass Avengers: Infinity War’s previous record-setting $258 million domestic opening. Bloomberg now forecasts a massive $282 million domestic opening that could end up becoming the largest opening weekend setting a new record.

“Avengers: Endgame,” the fourth film in the Marvel superhero series, is expected to set a weekend box-office record when it opens April 26. Researcher Exhibitor Relations predicts $282 million in North American ticket sales, topping the $258 million mark set last year by “Avengers: Infinity War.”

Captain Marvel is the next Marvel Studios release coming out on March 8th, as it’s had varying opening weekend projections over the last couple of months ranging from $118-160 million. Spider-Man: Far From Home comes after Endgame in July, but it’s a little too early to expect estimations for that film’s domestic opening weekend and will likely coming in the next couple of months.

Marvel Studios has set the release date for Avengers: Endgame on April 26th.

Adrift in space with no food or water, Tony Stark sends a message to Pepper Potts as his oxygen supply starts to dwindle.
