A new rumor from Charles Murphy/MurphysLawPodcast claims that Marvel Studios is indeed moving forward with a third Ant-Man movie as he says he has uncovered information that Pym Particials III LLC has been incorporated.
Marvel Studios has made the decision to move ahead with the third 'ANT-MAN' film. About 2 weeks ago, I was told it was expected to film Summer of 2021. Yesterday I found the hard evidence I was looking for: Pym Particles Productions III LLC was formed a little over a month ago. pic.twitter.com/oeemIiX54o

The last two Ant-Man movies using Pym Particals LLC and Pym Particals II LLC.
A summer shoot in 2021 would suggest a release date in 2022.
I would assume that Ant-Man 3 would stick to a shoot in the United States, given the San Francisco setting would take advantage of the California tax incentives like Captain Marvel did.
Take with a grain of salt because the information can’t be confirmed at the moment.
If this is true, this would suggest that Peyton Reed is back to write/direct with Paul Rudd, Evangeline Lily, Michael Douglas, and Michelle Pfeiffer reprising their roles.
Cassie Lang has been aged-up thanks to Avengers: Endgame and would likely see Emma Fuhrmann back in the role in Ant-Man 3.
Other sequels yet to be given release dates or officially announced include Guardians of The Galaxy 3 (release date unknown) and Captain Marvel 2 (full announcement).
